At Northville Novi Family Medicine, we treat family members of ALL AGES, from toddlers through senior years. Our practice offers a wide variety of services to meet most of your health care needs
Dr. Dooley manages chronic diseases, such as Hypertension, Diabetes, and COPD, in addition to providing medical care for acute health problems including sinus infections, colds & flu, headaches, etc.

Dr. Victoria N. Dooley, MD - BIO
Dr. Victoria Dooley is a board-certified medical doctor (MD) and graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at St. John Providence and McLaren hospitals. She is board-certified by the ABFM, American Board of Family Medicine. Her interests include Women’s Health, Dermatology, Asthma, & Hypertension.
Dr. Dooley functions as your health advocate. She follows the Patient-Centered Medical Home Model, in order to provide you with the most comprehensive care. She believes in treating the patient as a whole, and works with you to come up with an individualized treatment plan.
Although trained in traditional medicine, she believes in the mind, body, spirit connection.
We do our best to create a healing environment for everyone who comes through our doors, free of judgment, guilt, and blame to promote your health and overall well-being.
In addition, Dr. Dooley has extensive knowledge of the anatomy of the face and has completed comprehensive cosmetic training. She performs numerous in-office procedures daily, including cosmetic services such as Botox® and Juvéderm®. Please see our blog or Cosmetic Services tab for additional information.
Melissa, Medical Assistant
Melissa is a certified medical assistant, phlebotomist, and our in-house office manager. She assists with rooming patients, portal messages and general office duties. She is skilled in drawing blood in all ages. Melissa has been a valued part of the team since 2011.
